Meenal works well above her current role and title, delivering projects that match the level of effort as my design leads. Ms. Jakatdar is often the first to raise her hand and ask what she can do to help and take on more work. Meenal has a fantastic attitude towards her peers, business partners and developers alike. Meenal is a UX champion. She contributed and built over 300 modules that migrated from one design tool into Figma.
She helped create module best practices and most recently transitioned to a lead designer on our acquisition channel. She is a high achiever and a trusted partner for internal and externals teams.
